The company S.K. Eisagogiki, having knowledge and experience in the field of Call Center services and telephone support, can take a leading role in its area of activity. Through the harmonious cooperation of all involved parties (Management, Staff, Partners, Suppliers, but mainly its Customers), it ensures the successful completion of its projects.
To achieve the above, the Management of S.K. Eisagogiki:
- Has adopted a Quality Management System according to the International Standard ISO 9001:2015, which it applies throughout the entire company and in all activities that affect the quality of its services and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously reviews and improves the characteristics of its services, wherever feasible, as well as the effectiveness of its Processes and consequently the entire Quality Management System.
- Sets measurable quality objectives at the corporate level, at the operational level of Departments and/or Processes, as well as regarding services. These goals are established and evaluated in terms of their achievement during the Management Review of the Quality Management System by S.K. Eisagogiki Management.
- Invests in the continuous training, updating, and education of its staff to produce Quality in every activity they perform.
- Monitors, measures, and evaluates critical parameters and processes to ensure Quality.
- Commits to complying with and implementing Legal and Regulatory requirements.
- Hopes for broader cooperation since what it can guarantee is QUALITY in every transaction.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
Ensuring Health and Safety conditions in the workplace is a fundamental priority and commitment of S.K. Eisagogiki, covering all its activities. Recognizing that its human resources are its most important and valuable asset, S.K. Eisagogiki provides a healthy and safe working environment by developing and applying practices and systems adapted to the risks related to its business activities, based on the international Standard ISO 45001:2018.
Our goal is to eliminate accidents and occupational diseases in all S.K. Eisagogiki facilities by undertaking the following initiatives and commitments:
- Identifying, assessing, and minimizing risks related to the company’s activities that may cause injury or illness.
- Providing continuous training and supervision on Health and Safety issues, such as safe work practices and emergency procedures, to fully understand workplace risks.
- Encouraging employee participation in identifying, assessing, and eliminating or reducing risks in the workplace.
- Ensuring that all employees, visitors, and contractors/partners understand and apply the health and safety specifications, regulations, and policies of S.K. Eisagogiki in the workspaces.
- Securing financial resources for the implementation and continuous improvement of the Health & Safety Management System applied by S.K. Eisagogiki.
- Establishing procedures for the analysis and evaluation of all accidents and incidents related to workplace safety as part of an integrated management program.
- Submitting this policy to internal and external audits to ensure ongoing effectiveness and compliance with modern standards and best practices.
- Complying fully with Health and Safety legislation.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
S.K. Eisagogiki, following a path of sustainable development and aiming at the rational use of natural resources (with the ultimate goal of minimizing negative environmental impacts), has developed and applies an Environmental Management System according to the International Standard ISO 14001:2015.
S.K. Eisagogiki:
- Fully complies with Environmental Legislation.
- Provides continuous training of its personnel by expert specialists.
- Takes care of the environmental awareness of its suppliers.
- Applies the Environmental Management System across all its activities.
- Develops and implements dynamic environmental objectives.
- Continuously improves its environmental behavior in terms of prevention and emergency response.
- Promotes the development of mutually cooperative relationships with competent social bodies and other stakeholders, contributing to continuous environmental protection improvements.
- Conducts frequent environmental measurements (energy and water consumption, etc.).
The Environmental Management Officer is responsible for the proper operation of the EMS and ensures that its procedures are communicated to the personnel and adhered to at all levels of provided services.
The entire staff of S.K. Eisagogiki supports and implements the EMS in their daily work with a sense of responsibility.

INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to define the basic principles to ensure the Security of all Information.
Scope
This policy applies to all information systems and affects all employees and all third parties. Any exception from this Information Security Policy must be documented and approved by the company’s Management.
Change Management and Revisions
The Information Security Manager is responsible for the content and review of this policy. This policy shall be reviewed by the Information Security Manager at least once a year, and when updated or changed, a new version will be issued (and in any case, the policy review will be referenced in the annual Management Review) to ensure it fully aligns with the company’s goals and needs. The policy may also be revised due to external factors such as security incidents or breaches.
Compliance with this Policy
Company management is responsible for applying this policy to ensure that all employees are aware of and accept it. All personnel and third parties must implement (employees) and comply with (third parties) this policy. Any violation or non-compliance may lead to breaches of confidentiality, integrity, and availability, which could be catastrophic for the company. All policy violations must be reported to management to take necessary actions.
Detailed Description
- This policy is the cornerstone for implementing S.K. Eisagogiki’s ISMS under ISO 27001:2022.
- All ISMS procedures refer to this policy directly or indirectly.
- All third parties working on behalf of the company (e.g., technicians) whether working onsite or offsite, are informed about the security policy and its application.
- This policy must be fully compliant with national and EU legislation, especially the GDPR.
- Management commits to supporting the implementation and application of the Security Policy and to providing the necessary resources.
- The Information Security Officer represents management on security matters and is a key advisor.
- The Information Security Officer must have knowledge of the company’s IT systems and the ability to translate security policies into actionable procedures.
- Besides the mandatory annual review, the policy shall be reviewed after significant regulatory changes, IT infrastructure updates, or security incidents.
- All staff of S.K. Eisagogiki will support the continuous application and updating of this policy, keeping pace with technological and regulatory developments.
- Risk analysis and preventive measures derived from it guide this policy’s direction.
- All staff will receive ongoing training by IT security experts to maintain updated skills.
- The company has established a framework to set measurable security objectives applied across all relevant departments. These objectives may be updated by management decisions.
- S.K. Eisagogiki applies specific risk assessment criteria recorded in its risk assessment methodology, including asset identification and risk determination.
- Customers of S.K. Eisagogiki enjoy high security standards, supported by advanced technical controls to protect customer data.
